STRUCTURAL ALTERATIONS
Wish to remove a load bearing wall or chimney breast? We work closely with a couple of Structural Engineers and steel fabricators to ensure that all structural alterations are completed within building regulations. We will also deal with all the paperwork and certification with your local authority Building Control Department.

You can rest assured that all our plumbers and electricians are fully qualified and are either Gas Safe or NICEIC registered. You will be given certificates proving the work has been carried out by a competent tradesperson where applicable.

We work in conjunction with a number of glazing companies to either replace existing windows and doors or install in newly created locations. Recent projects include creation of a downstairs w/c including a new window opening and the ever popular rear bi-folding door installation.

Whilst the majority of our work is residential we do have experience renovating offices, shops and even pubs. We are VAT registered and insured for commercial premises too.
